• SmartCard reader, must be PC/SC compliant (connected to serial, PS/2 or USB port or connected via PCI or ISA)

Transactions and information channels
• WEB Application
Web channel is an on-line application which requires that the user is connected to the web site https://ebank.agrobanka.rs through its provider all the time during their operations (downloading statements, controlling orders and effecting payments).
• FX Client Application
FX Client application is an offline application with its own local database. The user can create all orders in offline mode which are recorded in application local database. Afterwards the user has to be online to complete synchronization. All orders are then directed to the Bank where they are realized, and the user downloads statements and data on daily changes on the account and updated balance which are also placed in the local base and can be further used in offline mode.
Both applications (FX Client and WEB) can be used simultaneously.
Information Channels
• SMS Channel
For channel usage it is necessary to provide a mobile phone to which the users will receive SMSs and notifications from the banks. At submission of the application for E-banking service usage, it is indispensable to enter mobile phone numbers for SMS receipt.
To use this channel you don’t have to be in possession of a computer.
• IVR - Interactive Voice Response
Interactive Voice Response service provides information on account balance at all times. The only condition for the usage of this service is to make a call from the phone with tone dial option.
To use this channel you don’t have to be in possession of a computer.
• FAX Channel
To use FAX channel it is necessary to provide a fax machine for the receipt of bank’s notifications and messages. At the submission of the application for E-banking service usage, it is indispensable to enter fax number for bank’s message and information receipt.
To use this channel you don’t have to be in possession of a computer.
• E-Mail Channel
To use this channel you need to have a computer and MS Outlook Express. Through this channel the user gets all information and messages from the Bank. At the submission of the application for E-banking service usage, it is indispensable to enter E-mail address for message receipt.
Statements reception through e-mail enables users to receive statements for each account to a desired E-mail address in specified time or automatically after they have been generated.
