
This type of financing belongs to the short-term dinar credits based on current accounts of legal entities and physical persons who perform their business operations through Agrobanka. It serves to temporary overcome the unbalances in inflows and outflows of the current operations and could be used for unlimited number of times, within the permitted period and repaid from the first inflow.
Provisional credit is granted in the amount of 20% of the average monthly inflows on the current account, based on the regular monthly payments within the last three months, bearing in mind that the inflows as of granted and utilized credits of Agrobanka are excepted from this. An additional corrective criterion could be the effected volume of the foreign currency payment operations.
Provisional credits are granted for the term up to one year, with, in advance defined maturity terms: June 25th and December 25th of the current year.
Interest rate on the utilized overdraft amounts 2% i.e. 2.50% monthly, according to the category of the beneficiary, defined on the basis of the risk estimated. Basis for interest calculation is balance of the utilized provisional credit at the end of each day within the calendar month.
Before the first utilization and before every renewal of the provisional credit, beneficiary is obliged to pay in advance a fee for request processing, amounting up to 0.25% of the amount approved for every starting quarter.
Security instruments for the granted credit are signed promissory notes with authorization and authorization for collection.
